And ultimately, these consumers make a choice about who they work with based on how they evaluate how much they receive back; either directly or indirectly, through causes or organizations that benefit from where they spend money.
Our focus is firstly on our customers. And then a sustainable business model for agents to provide great service. Our clients should expect that they are placed first in the line of priorities. Receive solid marketing strategies to meet their goals, have convenient and easy services and expect a life-long service commitment from their agent. The transaction is not the end of our service.
For our agents, we want to make sure that we provide specific & value driven services and not extra stuff that honestly, doesn’t matter. Ensuring they have a fulfilling career and support community businesses that support our vision. Our agent growth plan is to only bring on agents we are proud of and not grow at the expense of our culture.
We aren’t on the quest for a silver bullet when it comes to technology. Services provided always start with hard work. We expect that our agents have an easy path to doing business, not roadblocks. That drives our technology decisions. The impact of tech on our business should make business easier.
Garrett Hall is broker/owner and Jenny Koski is technology & marketing director. With them comes years of professional experience and skills. Garrett has been a supervisory broker for over 10,000 transactions during his career in real estate. He has developed an extensive knowledge of loss mitigation, transaction management, business development and community business integration.
Jenny has been in customer service for over 25 years, has marketed, problem solved and trained many folks that have had specific needs and wants for their revenue making goals. Jenny was a lead trainer at a previous brokerage, is tech oriented and readily available for our agents. She also coordinated marketing and material implementation including social media platforms, automated posting schedules, web development, database management and marketing.
Smart growth will build and sustain a business. And this is our focus, creating a new brand for today’s market, done the right way. We are in this for the long haul. Creating a clear, concise business model to service our customers & agents, all while doing real estate differently!
